The book proposes a paradigm shift in values for a medical practice.

It outlines a group of strategies for a medical practice to “be all it can be” for all patients that enter the office. “Owning” the patient’s entire experience in health care is key to “owning” the marketplace. Moreover, it focuses on professionalism that leads to self-governance, self-determination, and self-policing that define Independence Day for the practicing physician. This book fully covers these topics:

  • The Cycle of Service Model
  • The Hierarchy of Patient Value Model
  • Value Mapping
  • Patient Satisfaction Surveys
  • The Office Staff: Invaluable Asset, Important Customer
  • Another Important Customer: The Referring Doctor
