Everhart, President Emeritus, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago Rockwell Schulz is Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin Medical School, where he founded and directed the programs in Health Services Administration. He received a Masters in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin. Before his academic career, he served as a hospital administrator and as Assistant and Associate Dean at Tulane University Medical School and the University of Texas Medical School. Alton C. Johnson also received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin, where he served as Chairman of the Management Department. He had numerous publications in management and health services. He was an Earhardt Foundation Fellow and research grantee of the Ford Foundation. He died in 1998.
