This book is a practical approach to guide physicians through the process of developing a business plan for their practice. This is a workbook that challenges the user with questions to answer, data to compile and a guide to writing each section - where do (will) your patients come from? What is (will be) the population like in your service area? What is (will be) your service area? What is your financial history and what does the future hold?

The plan that results outlines specific integrated actions to guide the practice, anticipate new business conditions and create a successful practice that cares for and about its patients.
