Physicians and practice managers, with this resource, now you can have charge data for evaluating fees anywhere and nationwide.

National Fee Analyzer provides practices with charge data for fee schedule evaluation and competitive analysis for contracting purposes. This comprehensive tool can help you estimate competitive fees and reimbursement for all areas of the country. View sample pages here from a previous edition.

  • A comprehensive introduction explains issues to be aware of for optimizing revenue when contracting, evaluating and setting fee schedules.

  • Database of 800 million transactions updated fully for the current year. Help ensure that you have an accurate and comprehensive picture of charges nationwide before you set fees.

  • National 50th and 75th percentile charge data. Discover revenue opportunities by comparing your fees with national charge data.

  • Geographic conversion factors. Adjust national averages for specific geographic areas across the country with one resource, to reflect geographic variations.

  • Charge information by CPT code. Be prepared when negotiating contracts with insurance companies.

  • Discover additional revenue opportunities by comparing your fees with national charge data. National 50th and 75th percentile charge data.

  • Access the national Medicare fee schedule. Stay on top of your fees with national Medicare fee schedule benchmarks. Determine relative value-based fees with Medicare relative value units (RBRVS) for a complete fee evaluation.

The success of your practice depends on your financial management abilities as much as your clinical expertise. But if you are like most providers, you probably don’t have relative and actual charge data to benchmark your own fees against. National Fee Analyzer provides practices with charge data for fee schedule evaluation and competitive analysis for contracting purposes. This comprehensive tool can help you estimate competitive fees and reimbursement for all areas of the country.

Please remember: The government no longer allows a grace period for annual code sets. The new HIPAA Transaction and Code Set Rule requires providers to use national medical code sets that are valid at the time that a service is provided. ICD-9-CM code revisions become effective October 1st each year while CPT and HCPCS code revisions become effective January 1st. In order for you to meet this requirement, you must have the revised CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9-CM codes in your possession before the implementation dates. The best way to do this is to order your code books early. Review current coding resources.
