"This is one of the most significant advances in the field of health services administration. The need for increased understanding and applicability of organizational behavior is apparent in the personal and organizational challenges confronted by the myriad of today’s health care entities. The theories and practices that health care professionals successfully applied in traditional health care facilities may no longer apply to for-profit or niche health care companies. This text provides the foundation to be successful in meeting the new organizational behavior challenges of today’s complex and turbulent health care system." ~ Ronald P. Hudak, J.D., Ph.D., School of Business Administration, Marymount University
