Ms. Harrington is a registered nurse, certified professional in healthcare quality, and diplomat of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians. Previously, she served as the chief quality and safety officer for a 230-physician ambulatory group practice in Houston and was responsible for creating, reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring the quality, risk, and utilization initiatives. Dawn Q. McLane, RN, MSA, CASC, CNOR, serves as regional vice president for Aspen Healthcare of Boulder, CO, a firm that specializes in the development and management of ASCs and surgical hospitals. She previously served as executive director for Allied Physicians Surgery Center, a physician-owned, multi-specialty surgery center in South Bend, IN.
