Interim Psych Hospital CEOs - 
Seeking experienced hospital administrators with track records in turnarounds,
marketing, team building, strategic planning specifically in psychiatric
inpatient environments. These positions surface regularly as immediate and
temporary needs, normally used by hospital owners during the search for a
permanent CEO. Sometimes hospital owners will ask for Interim CEOs in order to
perform restructuring, business planning, or turnaround implementation. Other
times, an owner may desire an Interim CEO to simply "stay the course" without
making any significant changes. These positions pop up on the spur of the moment
and those wishing to serve as Interims must be able to respond quickly. Jobs may
involve 2 to 10 month tenures. Normally the employer will pay for twice monthly
travel home, temporary housing expenses. These roles often give the
experienced psych CEO an opportunity to display his or her best skills.
These can be stressful roles, but also can be an opportunity to put the fun,
fulfillment and challenge back into your career, at least temporarily. Locations

Prefer individual with referral development and account management
experience in acute care hospital or psychiatric hospital setting. Must have
supervisory experience and marketing planning experience. Should be able to
articulate unique challenges inherent in referral development and volume
generation. Must be able to effectively lead and establish accountability
systems for motivating and managing outside marketers. Please note, this job is

shown for individuals who have program administration background in a
for profit setting, although all qualified applicants will receive serious

Compliance Officers
Seeking individuals with a finance or accounting background who are ready
for cutting edge responsibilities. HR and legal experience a plus. Will be
responsible for Medicare and Medicaid compliance regs as well as maintain
compliance supervision of OSHA, Wage and Hour, CLIA, JCAHO, Federal, state and
local laws, statues, and regulations, COBRA, Family Medical Leave, HAZEMAT,
hospital policies and procedures, aduiting standards, and the list goes on. Must
be able to read and interpret regulations, consult with department managers and
provide guidance to others. Will work closely with Risk Management as well as
VPs, CFO and CEO in establishing a full compliance program, including management
education, regulatory notification and resource development. Successful
candidates will have either HR, financial or legal experience sufficient to
convince that candidates are knowledgeable of internal hospital environments.
