We are a national consulting and executive search firm with exclusive specialization in healthcare management in hospitals, provider environments and health systems.
We are interested in getting to know you, the job seeker, whether you are a new executive or an experienced health professional. We enjoy following stars, just like you, throughout their successful careers, and helping them secure those key contacts which can lead to the most coveted career growth opportunities.
We welcome resumes for upper level healthcare, hospital management and executive positions. We encourage you to send your resume. Your name and information will be kept strictly confidential. We will not share your resume with anyone without first contacting you and gaining your specific permission. You may want to check out the jobs page first to see if your experience matches the jobs we work with. Or check out the hot jobs. Employers always pay our recruitment fees; there is never any cost to job seekers. To send us your resume, please choose one of two methods:1) E-Mail
This is our preferred method for receiving your resume! E-mails are acceptable methods for sending draft resumes, but, please follow our instructions carefully. We ask that you "copy and paste" your resume and cover letter into an e-mail message as plain text, rather than "attaching" these as attached files. (Please do not attach your resume as a separate file. If you do, we will have to discard your e-mail and its attachment, due to virus protection software. If you do not know how to "copy" and "paste" plain text into an e-mail body, please consult your software books. It is actually very easy to do) Please, put the types of jobs you seek in the title or subject line of the e-mail. Please be specific and concise when naming your job title in the subject line.
Don't worry about how your resume looks, just make it readable! Include all of the normal information that you would include in a traditional mailed resume and yet, please, keep it brief to reduce download time. Be sure and include all of the standard resume vital information, such as address, telephone, specific educational & employment history, desired position, desired location, etc. Note, please do not e-mail your resume to us more than once unless your address changes. If you are responding to a "hot job", it is recommended that you specifically refer to the job title in the subject line of your e-mail. Tailor your resume to the qualifications of that job. Simply send your resume to the address printed below. As always, please include a note or cover letter describing the region, type of job or new position you would be interested in.
3) Telephone
Please do not call! Job candidates, it is not necessary for you to call us - and is not helpful! Every resume is reviewed, compared against current job opportunities, and kept within reach should we learn of an opportunity for which you may be qualified. Rather than putting your energy into calling us, it is wiser for you to put your effort into sending us a good descriptive cover letter with your resume. Then, let us spend our time interacting with employers on the telephone. We work only with employers who have specific positions to fill. We do not "market" job candidates. First, we obtain "job orders" from employers, then, we contact candidates, like you, who may have the qualifications that match employer specifications. We will not share your info with an employer without first gaining your permission over the telephone. Please understand that we are not able to return all calls from you or other job hunters, unless we are currently working on a search for an employer for which we believe you might be qualified. If you have additional information you want us to know about you, please try to include that information in your cover letter or follow-up letter. But, please trust the process. We will contact you when the time is right! Thank you for extending this confidence to us.4) Providing you a receipt of your resume
If you have followed the resume submission instructions in #1 and #2 above, please do not await a receipt from us. We would like to acknowledge the receipt of your resume, but it is virtually impossible for us to provide this type of confirmation to each person that submits a resume. You can rest assured that we will not share your resume with any 3rd party without first gaining your verbal permission. Meanwhile, we will be working hard to select and interview candidates for the positions we are working to fill. If your credentials match a job we are working on, we will call.5) Follow-up Letters
We do appreciate follow-up letters by e-mail if something in your life or career has changed, however, always include an updated resume with your letter. If you move, change your mailing address, change your e-mail address or career interests, please let us know. We hope that we will be kept abreast of your whereabouts and the milestones throughout your career. Each time you correspond with us, please include your updated resume, and an indication of the type of job you have sought. So, please add our address to your permanent rolodex!Our Address:
